My Doctor Scholls Died

My "Dr. Scholl's" Original Sandals passed on yesterday.  I had them for over ten years and they served me well.

They were the most comfortable sandal I have ever owned.

These sandals are not to be confused with The Original Wood Exercise Sandal.  I do own a couple of pairs of the exercise sandal and do not find them as comfortable as the original sandal.

I did a search for Dr  Scholl's and I am pleased they have a web store.  They now have plenty of styles and colors to choose from.  I plan on ordering the Original Sandal for now.

I am glad these old classics are still available.

Skechers Shape Up Shoes - Any Opinions?

I have been thinking about purchasing a pair of "Skechers Shape Shoes."  Since I am committed to going back to walking,  I decided to start on the right foot!

The Mary Jane style has caught my eye.

At the moment they are sold out of my size but I can wait.  They are half the price of the other "walking shoes" I have seen out there.  They also make them for men.

If anyone has some experience with these shoes, I would love to hear your opinion.

The Search Is Over - The Perfect Winter Boots

My favorites have a tiny cut on the bottom.  You cannot see it but when I step out in the winter snow or rain, my foot is soaked!

I have been on the search for months to find the perfect boot.  I wanted something brown suede with faux lamb. Every time I found a pair I wanted,  it was sold out.

I finally found a pair!  Reduced in price from $99 now $65.  I just hope by the time I can buy them, they still have them. 

Size six if your are interested in making me happy : )
