Oreo Truffles By Jordan Reid

I have been following lifestyle blogger Jordan Reid for a few weeks now.  I love her take on "domestic bliss" .  

Don't hate her because she is beautiful and married to handsome guy.  She is real, honest and not at all pretentious.  

She tries her hand at cooking, crafts, finding bargains and travel.  That is how I happen to come across a recipe for Oreo Truffles. 

I was looking for something to make "Old Spice" as my way of thanking him for all of the sweet things he has done for me over the past several months.  Since he loves chocolate, I decided to make the truffles.

Here is Jordan Reid showing you how to prepare the truffles.

The only thing I did differently, was not to add toppings.  The reason being is that OS is picky and he just digs chocolate.  Now if I were to make these for myself I would add toasted coconut or a blend or cinnamon/coco powder.

Right now the truffles are chilling in my fridge.  Not sure when OS will get here but I plan on enjoying them with a glass of bourbon!
