Talking A Walk On The Wild Side

I love walking but this year sinus and allergy problems have kept me indoors.  I go to the gym 3x a week but really need to add more cardio to my routine.  

To help  me get on track I finally ordered and received my Sketchers.  I bought Shape Ups walking shoe and the Tone Ups walking sandal.  My review will be up in a few weeks but so far I can say I feel like I am walking on a cloud!

I had to retire my original IPod.  Now I am a proud owner of a IPod Touch.  Wow!  What can I say?  

I love it.  Before I can take it out I need to get a cover because I am known for dropping my electronics.  

Now to replace my hat and buy some more leggings........
