First Look At Mad Men
I do not know about you, but I cannot wait till July 25th for the premier of Mad Men. I am so glad AMC is bringing the show back in July instead of August. Seriously, I need my Don Draper fix!

Good Bye - Jack
I thought the ending was beautiful. Still questions unanswered but it really doesn't matter to me. I do not watch much television but LOST was a show I enjoyed very much. I loved the characters.
Will we ever see another Sawyer or Hurley ? How about Ben or Locke?
The good thing for me is a that I didn't see the whole series so I have NetFlix on standby.
When the DVD comes out, Questions will be answered so we have just have to wait till August.

Daily Confession - Getting Things Done Edition
I finally joined the gym. It is something I have been wanting to do for a long time. I can finally afford to go back so I jumped at the chance.
Today was just the signing up process. On Monday I start my personal training.
In between gym days I am going to continue walking. Weather permitting. Today it is raining so I hopped on my recumbent bike.
I am going to try a combination of approaches to help me reach my goal.
In other news....
My weekend plans include cleaning, cleaning, cleaning. Not your everyday cleaning. I am talking about throwing away junk and giving useful items to Goodwill.
This is going to be Spring cleaning on steroids.
Nothing too exciting.

Who Do You Call When You Are Going To Get A Lickin ?
When you find youself in danger,
When you're threatened by a stranger,
When it looks like you will take a lickin', (puk, puk, puk)
There is someone waiting,
Who will hurry up and rescue you,
Just Call for Super Chicken! (puk, ack!)
Fred, if you're afraid you'll have to overlook it,
Besides you knew the job was dangerous when you took it (puk, ack!)
He will drink his super sauce
And throw the bad guys for a loss
And he will bring them in alive and kickin' (puk, puk, puk)
There is one thing you should learn
When there is no one else to turn to
Call for Super Chicken! (puk, puk, puk)
Call for Super Chicken! (puk, ack!)

One Less Man on Mad Men
TV Guide Magazine | Keck's Exclusives | One Less Man on Mad Men
When the Sterling Cooper ad agency regrouped at the end of last season, Salvatore Romano was the one Mad Men character not called back to work—a direct result of the colorful character’s uncloseted homosexuality. Now with the shooting of Season 4 set to begin in March, Bryan Batt is worried that he’s out of a job. “I was supposed to be notified by December 31, and nothing,” says the actor.
It sounds as though Bryan’s concerns are warranted. “We don’t murder people on our show, but for there to be any stakes, there have to be consequences,” says creator Matthew Weiner, a formerSopranos scribe who has killed at will. Losing Bryan, he says, “was a tough moment for the show, but that’s where we are. I know how people felt about Bryan. I obviously love working with him, and he has been an indelible character since the pilot. But I felt it was an expression of the times that he couldn’t work there anymore. It’s the ultimate case of sexual harassment.”

RIP Gumby
I LOVED Gumby when I was a little girl. Tripped out show without the use of psychedelics. I remember especially hating on the Blockheads.
Read about Gumby's creator, Art Clokey who passed away on Friday.

Rankin Bass Spoof On My Beloved Rudolph
Anyone who knows me well, knows how much I love the Rankin Bass 60's version of Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer. A few years ago, Mad TV did a spoof version of my beloved Rudolph and it is hilarious!
